There are three ways to send us a ticket:
Send an e-mail to info@presta.hu with the following information
From the user account, under "Order history and details", click on the "Details" button in the order line. Then fill in the "Add a message" form at the bottom of the page
Fill in and submit the form on the "Contact" page of the website
When submitting the error ticket, please provide the following information to facilitate identification and speed up the resolution of the error:
Order ID
Module name
Error Description
Web page name
Admin(BackOffice) access
FTP access
Submitted data is sent to us via a secure SSL connection and cannot be accessed by third parties.
We usually respond to submitted error tickets within 24 hours!
If the support period has expired, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we provide minor bug fixes and less time-consuming modifications free of charge even after the support period has expired.
