Application

Let us look at your shop

Send us the webshop address, and we will look at what is in order, what is not, and what is worth automating.

  1. 1 You send the application with the webshop address.
  2. 2 Within two working days we get in touch and look at the shop.
  3. 3 If there is a free place, we send the payment link and maintenance starts.

What goes unnoticed without maintenance

A webshop does not break overnight. It declines slowly, without anyone noticing.

Outdated modules

A module left without updates is an open door. The shop keeps working until someone exploits the security hole.

Silent downtime

The site goes down at night and is back by morning. Nobody reports it, there are simply fewer orders.

Rejected products, search errors

Rejected products drop out of Google Shopping, and errors flagged in Search Console weaken how the shop appears in search. Neither sends a notification on its own, only the traffic falls.

Why this is not a one-off job

Your shop is not what changes. The world around it is.

Google's search and advertising rules, Merchant Center requirements, measurement on social platforms, PrestaShop and module releases, legal obligations: all of them change, independently of each other. Deadlines are usually short, and the shop owner would have to keep track of them. We keep track, and prepare the shop in time.

We follow the changes: you do not have to watch what Google announced or what was released for PrestaShop.
We fix things before they become problems: you see the fault in the report, not in the revenue figures.
It pays for itself: 15 minutes saved a day at an average hourly cost of 10,000 HUF is 50,000 HUF of working time a month. Use the calculator below to work it out for your own shop.
What you get

What the monthly fee includes

Downtime monitoring

We monitor whether the shop is reachable. If it goes down, we are notified and start fixing it.

Security updates

We review critical PrestaShop and module fixes, and install them after testing.

Speed

We measure loading regularly and fix what slows it down: oversized images, unnecessary scripts, a faulty cache.

Order testing

Several times a month we place a test purchase by hand, from the cart to the payment. Faults show up on our side, not a customer's.

Search Console and Merchant Center

We review indexing, the errors flagged in search and the product feed, and fix whatever can be fixed.

Legal changes

We follow the changes and set up the technical part. For the non-technical tasks we let you know in time, so there is time to handle them or find the right specialist.

Restore from backup

Backups are made by the hosting provider. If something goes wrong, we restore the shop from the backup, or try to recover the lost data.

Support and advice

When you get stuck, you write, and the same team that knows your shop answers. Ask about an idea and we tell you whether it can be done, what it costs, and suggest a better solution if there is one.

Automation

What you do by hand every day, we set up once, and from then on it runs by itself.

Maintenance is not only about fixing faults: it also cuts working time. We look at how your day in the shop is spent, and replace the repeating steps with a button or a list, or automate them completely.

Automations we have already built

Picking list in shelf order

Several orders at once, printed in the order of the shelves. The packer walks through the warehouse instead of searching on the screen.

Label printing in one click

The carrier label is created from the order, without typing the address and the weight. What used to take minutes is now one click.

Automatic invoicing

The invoice is issued when the order status changes, and sent to the customer.

Bulk price and stock updates

Prices and stock update from a supplier file or a CSV. Thousands of products in minutes, without days of typing.

Product descriptions written with AI

AI writes the description, the title and the search text from the product data, in the shop's own voice. You review and approve instead of starting from scratch.

A shop chat that knows the catalogue

The chat knows the range, the stock, the delivery terms and a signed-in customer's orders. You no longer have to answer the common questions.

Sample report

Monthly report

A clear document about where the shop stands and what is worth deciding. We review every report personally before sending it. The sample below describes an invented shop; the structure is the same.

  • The month's figures compared with the previous month
  • Where the traffic and the revenue came from
  • Google visibility: rising and falling search terms
  • The work we did on the shop
  • At most five suggested decisions for next month

Worth knowing in advance

No minimum term: you pay in advance for one or more months. If you do not pay for the next period, maintenance ends when the paid period ends. Fees for a period already paid are not refunded.
Ongoing work: maintenance keeps the shop at its level and develops it month by month. It is not a one-off clean-up: if the shop has larger problems, we first send a separate quote for fixing them, for a one-off fee.
Development: smaller modules, automations and connecting external systems are included, scheduled together with you. Urgent or larger one-off work gets a separate quote, at a discounted hourly rate.
Not included: hosting and backup fees, the price of purchased modules, and the fees of external services (for example an AI key, an ERP or an invoicing service). These remain yours to pay.
Limited number of shops: we take on as many shops as we genuinely have time for. Whether there is a free place right now becomes clear after you apply.
Questions

What most people ask

When will I see results?
Maintenance is ongoing work, not a one-off clean-up. We review the shop, start with what matters most, and progress month by month. If the shop has larger problems, we send a separate quote for fixing them, for a one-off fee. The monthly report shows what has been done.
How do you know what is worth automating?
We go through how your day in the shop is spent: what you click through on every order, what you type again and again. Whatever repeats can be automated, and we start with what takes the most time.
What if nothing is wrong with the shop?
Then the report is short. Most of maintenance is prevention: updates, monitoring, checks, and that continues even when nothing is wrong.
What access do you need to my shop?
We work in the shop with our own login. We need admin access and, when the work requires it, hosting or FTP access. Every piece of work appears in the monthly report.
What happens if the site goes down?
We are notified and start fixing it. You do not have to be the one who notices.
Can development be included?
The monthly fee includes development: smaller modules, automations, connecting external systems (for example an ERP or an invoicing service). We schedule these together and complete them month by month, starting with the most important. The fees of external services are paid by the shop owner. Urgent or larger one-off work gets a separate quote, at a discounted hourly rate.
My shop does not run on PrestaShop. Can you still help?
Maintenance is for PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9 shops. If you use another system, write to us and we will tell you whether we can help.
How does the work start?
After you apply, we call or write, and look at the shop. If we have a free place and working together makes sense, we send you the payment link (Barion, bank card). Maintenance covers full calendar months.
