What this module is for

It connects your shop to your Számlázz.hu account over the official API. You decide which order status produces which document — invoice, proforma, prepayment invoice or credit note — and the module issues it at Számlázz.hu, stores the PDF with the order, and shows that document to the customer. For buyers abroad it uses the right VAT rate, puts the community VAT number in its own field and marks the invoice for OSS.

What it does

Set it up once, then the order drives the invoicing.

Invoice from the order status

For each status you set which document is issued and when the order counts as paid. From then on the document follows the order.

Proforma, prepayment, final, credit note

Proforma and prepayment invoice for payment upfront, a final invoice on fulfilment, a credit note on refund — all in the same flow.

Every Számlázz.hu VAT key

You map your PrestaShop tax rules to the Számlázz.hu keys: the percentage keys including the decimal ones, plus the letter codes (AAM, TAM, EUT, EUKT, F.AFA and the rest).

Sales abroad and inside the EU

The VAT rate of the buyer's member state, the community VAT number in its own field, and the non-domestic VAT marking for OSS.

Payment notification

Számlázz.hu notifies the shop when the buyer pays the invoice, and the order status changes accordingly.

The invoice PDF sits with the order

The Számlázz.hu document replaces PrestaShop's own invoice on the order, and the customer downloads it from their account.

Good to know

What do you need for it?

A Számlázz.hu account and the Számla Agent key generated in it. You upload the module the usual way, paste the key, map the tax rules, and set which order status issues what.

Compatibility: PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, PHP 7.1 to 8.4.
Connection: The official Számlázz.hu Számla Agent API, with your own Agent key.
VAT keys: The full Számlázz.hu list: 0 to 27 percent, decimal keys included (2.1 · 4.8 · 5.5 · 7.7 · 8.1 · 9.5 · 13.5 · 25.5) and the letter codes.
Language and currency: The invoice language can follow the order language, and the language of the item names is set separately; the document is issued in the order's currency.
Invoice blocks: Domestic, EU and export sales can use separate invoice number prefixes.
Updates: 12 months of updates and direct support.
Why it pays off

What do you gain?

No manual invoicing: The document is issued together with the order, so nothing has to be retyped into the invoicing app.
Buyers abroad just work: An EU buyer gets the VAT rate of their own country, and the community VAT number lands in the right field.
Fewer VAT mistakes: Because tax rules are mapped, every line goes out with the configured key — no picking by hand.
Documents in one place: The list of issued invoices and their PDFs are available inside the PrestaShop admin.

Frequently asked

What people ask before buying

Do I need a Számlázz.hu subscription?
Yes — you need your own Számlázz.hu account and the Számla Agent key generated in it. The module uses that key to talk to the official API.
Which PrestaShop versions does it run on?
PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, PHP 7.1 to 8.4. Multistore installs are supported.
Does it work for buyers abroad?
Yes. You map your PrestaShop tax rules to Számlázz.hu VAT keys, decimal keys included — the Finnish 25.5 percent, for example. The buyer's community VAT number goes into the community VAT field, and for OSS the invoice can be marked as carrying no domestic VAT.
What happens if Számlázz.hu returns an error?
The error is written to the order log and the order status is kept. The module stores the Számlázz.hu response, so the cause stays visible afterwards.
Where does the customer find the invoice?
In their account, on the order detail page. Instead of PrestaShop's own invoice they download the Számlázz.hu document, and Számlázz.hu can also e-mail it.
Can it issue credit notes?
Yes. You set which order status means a credit note, and the module issues the credit note against the original invoice at Számlázz.hu.
How many shops can I use one licence on?
The licence covers the domain given at purchase. Another shop needs another licence — write to us and we will sort it out.
