A walkthrough of the module in action
What is this module for?

It builds a direct API connection between your shop and the DPD system. At checkout the customer picks home delivery or a pickup point and selects the point on a map; from the admin you create the parcel and print the label — several orders at once, on a single sheet. DPD tracking events flow back into the order status, so both you and the customer see where the parcel is.

What it does

From checkout to delivery in one flow.

Home delivery and pickup point

Two DPD shipping methods show at checkout: home delivery and pickup point. The customer chooses what suits them.

Pickup point picker on a map

For a pickup point the customer selects the collection point on a map, so an exact point is stored on the order.

Labels with batch shipping

From the admin you create the DPD parcel and print the label, on A4 or label size. Several orders' labels at once, on one sheet.

DPD status in the order

DPD tracking events are mapped to the PrestaShop order statuses you configure, so shipping status updates automatically.

Cash on delivery handling

You define which payment methods count as cash on delivery, and the COD amount is set on the parcel sent to DPD.

Parcel insurance

Optional parcel insurance with an upper value cap, so high-value parcels are covered too.

Good to know

What you need

A DPD business contract and its API access: customer ID, sender ID and token. You set the sender address, map your payment methods to cash on delivery, and assign DPD statuses to your own order statuses.

Compatibility: PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, PHP 7.1 to 8.4.
Connection: The official DPD API with customer ID, sender ID and token; sandbox mode for testing.
Shipping methods: DPD home delivery and DPD pickup point with a map-based point picker.
Label: Parcel label on A4 or label size; batch shipping and printing on one sheet.
Tracking: Scheduled status polling (cron), DPD tracking events mapped to order statuses.
Updates: 12 months of updates and support.
Why it helps

What you gain

Faster shipping: Parcel data goes to DPD from the order, with no retyping into a separate tool.
Batch printing: Several orders' labels at once, on one sheet, so daily dispatch is much faster.
Clear shipping: Shipping status shows in the order, so the customer needs no manual updates.
Exact pickup point: Pickup-point customers select the point on a map, so there is no address confusion.

Frequently asked

What buyers ask before purchase

Do I need a DPD contract?
Yes. You need your own DPD business contract and its API access: customer ID, sender ID and token. The module connects to the DPD system with these, and there is a sandbox mode for testing.
Which PrestaShop versions are supported?
PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, PHP 7.1 to 8.4.
How does the customer pick a pickup point?
At checkout, under the DPD pickup point shipping method, the customer selects the collection point on a map, and the chosen point is stored on the order.
Can I print several labels at once?
Yes. From the admin parcel list you can run batch label generation: several orders' labels at once on a single sheet, on A4 or label size.
Does the shipping status update on its own?
Yes. A scheduled task (cron) watches DPD tracking events and switches the order status according to your mapping, optionally with a tracking e-mail.
Does it handle cash on delivery?
Yes. You define which payment methods count as cash on delivery, and the COD amount is set on the parcel sent to DPD.
How many shops can I use one licence on?
The licence covers the domain given at purchase. Additional shops need additional licences; contact us and we will sort it out.
